I.D.TECH S.r.l. is a company which focuses on the research and development of new technologies in the field of chemistry . The main focus of our activities is on security and anti-counterfeiting, We also work in applying chemistry to the areas of industrial agriculture & food technology as well as food and environment biotechnology.
We are strategically located in Bologna (Italy), which satisfies both our company's needs for direct contact with not only the research & development departments of the University of Bologna but also with European & world-wide logistics.
Our mission is to create innovative technology in the areas of our company's activities and make this technology available and accessible to all individuals and businesses.
Currently, I.D.TECH provides formulations of chemical testers to recognize specific substances contained in organic and non-organic materials (i.e., "molecular recognition" or "molecular detection"). In addition, our company provides invisible molecular chemical solutions to mark industrial products which remain unmodified during the manufacturing processes. In particular, our company manufactures a chemical solution able to identify banknotes suspect of being counterfeited which reacts to the chemical impurities present in their paper-based material; this tester chemical solution has already had a great success on a international level in terms of quality, efficacy and selectivity.
