Technology Against Counterfeiting
In researching and developing a technology suitable for detecting specific substances contained in organic and non-organic materials, our chemical solution is of great importance, as it is able to identify banknotes suspect of being counterfeited. This solution has been internationally patented (European Patent Office, Munich- Germany, EP n. 0.708.947; U.S. Patent and Trade Mark Office, United States of America, n. 5.662.735; and other countries).
Its innovative formula is the result of years of research carried out by Prof. Pier Giorgio Pifferi, inventor of the formula, former Professor of the Faculty of industrial Chemistry at the University of Bologna (Italy), and former professor of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Verona. This chemical solution is able to identify chemical impurities present in the paper-based material of the banknotes and in their inks. The tester solution is a small part of our company's greater technical knowledge which covers not only banknotes, but also official stamped paper, stamps, bank cheques, gas cheques, diner cheques etc..
Prof. Pier Giorgio Pifferi, who is the director of Research & Development of our company, is responsible for and directly monitors the manufacturing process of the tester solution, in order to guarantee the utmost level of quality necessary to respect the patented formula. The manufacturing of the chemical solution is made exclusively in Italy, in a plant UNI EN ISO 9002, using high-quality materials.
A synthesis of this advanced and reliable technology is a detector marker of counterfeited banknotes which works for a large number of currencies and is easy to use. In fact this equipment has had great commercial success on a international level.
One of our company's aims is to develop new chemical solutions in the future, through the utilization of different kinds of tester equipment, by taking advantage of present high level technical knowledge in the fight against counterfeiting.
